Elisabetta Lampedecchia

Independent counsel for leaders shaping consequential futures.

Elisabetta Lampedecchia works with founders and senior leaders at the intersection of strategy, culture, relationships, and long-term direction.

The perspective

A wider view, held close to the decision.

Over two decades, Elisabetta has worked across more than 20 markets throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the Americas - advising governments, family offices, Fortune 500 companies and high-growth ventures on strategy, positioning and cross-border expansion.

Her work brings together commercial judgement, cultural fluency and an understanding of the institutional, relational and human forces that shape consequential decisions. It is a perspective formed across sectors, geographies and moments of transformation, not a formula applied from a distance.

Experience

Across places, disciplines, and moments of change.

Global expansion and media

As Chief Strategy Officer at Forbes, she led expansion across 11 Latin American markets, launching new ventures and supporting sustained double-digit growth. She also helped shape the Spanish-language media ecosystem with leading global publishers, including PMC and PEOPLE Inc., contributing to launches such as Travel + Leisure, Food & Wine and Robb Report en Español, while overseeing more than 60 high-level business and lifestyle gatherings.

Advisory, board and venture work

Today, she works across a portfolio of ventures, including Divane, E+A Studio and ATOM, while serving in advisory and board roles across AI, fintech, retailtech, health and tourism. The work is united by a concern for propositions that can travel across markets and create meaningful change.

Diplomacy, institutions and renewal

With a background in diplomacy and international affairs, she has worked with governments and institutional leaders across frontier markets on economic positioning, investment attraction and strategic transformation. A Fellow at the Centre for Sustainable Business at UCL School of Management, she is engaged in regenerative living, cultural preservation and the wellbeing economy—exploring how business and leadership can support renewal across markets, communities and territories.

How she works

The relationship is personal, discreet, and deliberately selective.

Elisabetta works directly with a small number of principals . Where a question calls for additional expertise, she may selectively activate trusted relationships and specialists; always in service of the situation, never as a prescribed network.

This is not a conventional consultancy, coaching practice, agency, or investment firm. It is an independent strategic office built around judgement, perspective, and trusted counsel.
